Yin Shou Gun or Shaolin Yin Hand Cudgel will be taught in a 4 hour workshop being conducted by Master Manuel Marquez of the Shaolin Temple Kung Fu school in Lomita for 32 years.
The Shaolin Temple in China will teach this set as a beginner set you will see the challenge in the set from flexibility and hand and eye coordination besides learning something that is a National Treasure to the Shaolin Monastery for more than 1500 years.
