Master Don Newton In 1982 he began his formal training under Grand Master Kam Yuen at the Tai Mantis Academy, where he received his degree in Northern Shaolin/Tai Chi Praying Mantis. Master Don opened a school up in San Bernardino the Tai Mantis Academy for many years and is now still teaching.

Grandmaster Kam Yuen taught Shifu Don Newton & Shifu Marquez.
